What are kids sizes 2-7 for riding boots? Are they really really small or are they bigger than kids size 13?

Tall riding boots for kids are sizes 2-7 but im not sure if these are SUPER small or the ones that are whole sizes

I am guessing it means whole sizes, which is bigger than a size 13. My one year old is wearing a size 6 now (the small ones), and I can%26#039;t imagine a size 2 (small size) boot! They would be ridiculously useless, since that is newborn size. So I really think they would be like a women%26#039;s size 2 and up to size 7. After size 13 childrens, it goes to size 1 womens.
Reply:Yes, they are bigger than a 13 - for some strange reason small kids shoes go to size 13 then it starts back at 1 in small adult sizes
